So, we’ve finished digging out from Juno, the “Blizzard of 2020”, and are very grateful that we never lost power and suffered no damage to the Inn. Rich’s muscles certainly got a workout from all that snowblowing and Debbie managed to free the frozen slider to the deck so that the bird feeders could go back out. Boy, it doesn’t take the birds long to find the seed!
The road out front seems passable, though we have not yet ventured forth to survey the outlying area. And from what I can tell on Facebook, many of the local restaurants are preparing to reopen. So life returns to Cape Cod and we can start counting the days until spring again. . . 51!
In the meantime, we invite you to plan a winter escape to the Cape.
