Reservations at our Cape Cod Bed and Breakfast inn may be made from 9:00AM to 8:00PM Eastern Time, seven days a week by calling us at (508) 362-4441 or toll-free at (888) 362-4441. You may also use our secure online reservations system to book online or fax your request to us at (508) 362-4401. During the months of July and August a minimum stay of two nights may be required. Holiday weekends, including New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Columbus Day, have a three-night minimum stay required.
Cancellations / Re-bookings
Should you have to cancel your reservation at our Cape Cod Inn, your deposit will be refunded, less a $30.00 per room cancellation fee, if we receive notice of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made directly with the innkeepers by telephone (email and voice mail cancellations are not accepted). No refund will be issued if you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival unless we are able to re-book your room for the entire period originally booked. Reservations confirmed by gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policy. Early departures or late arrivals are considered cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation policies.
Check-in and Check-out
You may check-in to our Cape Cod B&B anytime between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Special arrangements for a late check-in can be made directly with the innkeeper if your plans call for arrival later than 6pm. Check-out is by 11 am.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit of 50% is required for stays of two (2) nights or more to confirm a reservation. One (1) night stays and all packages require payment in full at the time of booking for confirmation. Deposits may be made via any major credit card, including AmericanExpress, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. The balance is due at check-out via cash, credit card, or traveler’s checks.
We welcome children ages 12 and over.
We regret that we cannot accommodate your pet, although we can recommend a nearby kennel.
The High Pointe Inn is a non-smoking property. Guests are permitted to smoke in designated areas outside the Inn only. We ask that guests dispose of their smoking materials carefully in appropriate containers. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Inn.
